Application Fee: $50 per person
Admin Fee: $150 (non-refundable)
Security Deposit: $250 (refundable)

We require a $250 refundable deposit to secure your unit when applying and are willing to work with second-chance renters with an additional deposit.

We require proof of income with 3 times the rent gross income.

Admin Fees are waived until April 31st, 2022!*

*To be paid upfront, credit of $150 added once approved.

Pets must be over 1 year of age
Weight Limit is 50 lbs when fully grown
No aggressive breeds
Picture and vet records required
Visiting pets are not allowed

Exceptions for legally documented service animals or emotional support pets.

Pet screening is required as a part of the application process. If you have applied, you must create your profile with Pet Screening. This is a requirement EVEN if you do not have a pet.
